Summary
The Japanese cold chain system has been established in 1965 and expanded strongly. The low temperature food storage way preserves the loss of food from rotting by spoilage. The evolution of the population in the world will soon bring the shortage of harvested crops. In this strict situation, we will have to effort to use the staple without decaying by using low temperature storage systems.
