Summary
CONVENTIONAL MECHANICAL VAPOUR RECOMPRESSION (MVR) SYSTEMS WITH TURBOCOMPRESSORS OR ROOTS BLOWERS ARE RESTRICTED BY THEORETICAL LIMITATIONS SUCH AS SMALL COP, LOW DURABILITY, CORROSION, ETC. THE UTILIZATION FIELD OF THE CONVENTIONAL TYPE MVR IS THEREFORE QUITE LIMITED. THE SCREW TYPE STEAM HEAT PUMP (SSHP) SYSTEM IS BUILT AROUND PROVEN SCREW COMPRESSOR TECHNOLOGY. THE SCREW COMPRESSOR DISPLAYS HIGH COMPRESSION RATIO AND HIGH DURABILITY. THE SSHP OVERCOMES THE DIFFICULTIES OF MIST IN SUCTION STEAM, HIGH COP WITH A SINGLE-STAGE MECHANISM AND LARGE-SCALE INSTALLATION FOR VARIOUS INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES. A NUMBER OF SSHP SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED, INCLUDING UNITS FOR WORT KETTLES IN A BREWERY PLANT, MULTI-EFFECT EVAPORATORS AND OTHER APPLICATIONS, PROVIDING EFFICIENT, HIGH ENERGY PERFORMANCE.
