Summary

In the framework of the prevention of fluorinated greenhouse gas emissions covered by the Kyoto Protocol, European regulation 842/2006 of May 17, 2006, published in the J.O (French Official Journal) on June 14, 2006 entered into force on July 4, 2007. Simultaneously, a process started several years ago in France and led to revisiting of the decree on refrigerant emissions and the publication of decree No. 2007-737 and an other on tightness monitoring dated May 7, 2007.
