Heat pipes in the processes and apparatuses of food production.
Author(s) : BURDO O., GAYDA S., KOVALENKO E., STANEVSKY O.
Summary
The results of experimental research on the cryoconcentration of juices, extracts and whey are given. The results of industrial tests of systems with intensive cooling of meat using heat pumps are presented. The recommendations on constructive parameters of heat pumps for the cooling of meat and other applications are given.
